After a Bath

Avert your eyes if artistic nude bothers you.
So this is Abby (Gail) again. I was failing miserably at drawing just a headshot with a happy face, got a little frustrated, left, and did this instead.
Sweet!
(Before you think I'm in any way pro: this awesome thing was a big ref. REF, though. Not traced or anything! So that's still cool)
Abigail lost her legs in an accident when she was about seven, and has since built herself two pairs of mechanical prosthetics. But, wearing them causes a fair amount of constant pain, so whenever she can take them off, she does. And while they are water resistant/proof, it's just better to keep them away from the bath.

Time: About 2 hours
Medium: #2 0.7 Mechanical Pencil on sketchbook paper

  1. Hmm is she from one of your stories? :D

The reference was sound, and I think you did a good job of working with it. The blockish shapes/contours works well with this style, and could be highlighted with colour. Kind of like, paintings from Picasso's blue period.

Also, the roleplay character profiles you gave me were very successful. I showed some to my friends, and they liked it too!
