This is a concept drawing of Charlie. Charlie is one of Ryu's currently in-creation children, a Grey dragonling-pinan-etc hybrid who likes to get messy and paint (hence the "rainbow").
And my attempt at Bandit, who's a pretty cool dad, works for the Elemental guys and likes video games.
